Price per person is $10 cash or check (Pack 31). Money will be collected at the September Pack meeting or earlier. Includes your food, accommodations, and activities. First come, first served - once the spots are reserved, we'll create a waiting list.

Pack 31 has 75 spots.

Cancellations for the event must be made by 9/28/18. If you pay, then cancel we'll try to fill your spots (From Pack 31 or the other groups attending) and/or get credits. If this is not possible the Pack won't be able to refund payments.

If the other groups have unused tickets and we have a wait list, more Pack 31 people may be able to go.

Same holds true if we have extra space, we’ll offer those spaces to Troop 2.

TO START, we are restricting attendance to scouts and one adult per Scout Family. This is ONLY to accommodate as many kids as possible for this unique trip. We are hoping to get other spots confirmed from the Constitution at which point we will open up the wait list for Scouts / parents / siblings. Please email Eric Hobin if you want to get on the wait list as a parent / sibling.
